This is our new Probatino 1kg commercial roaster.

So far, I have modified it for accurate logging of both environment and bean temperature. It is still under manual control. I will add capability to run it either manually or under computer profile control.

Unpacking and Installation

don't expect to move this without a forklift as it weighs several hundred kg.
