Coffee Roasting Profile Research Experiment Session

This first roasting profile tasting session was held on Oct. 22, 2006. The data has been entered into computer files and many graphs were generated of the statistical data. There were very noticeable relationships found between the roasts and the cupping scores.

There is more statistical analysis to be done before it is ready to be published. We are working on it along with our regular jobs so please be patient.
